A 1.5h Yoga practice focused on the development of your chakras, centers of power.
Yoga develops our chakras in the most integrative way.
At each Yoga class you are working directly with your centers of power even unknowingly. During this class we will unveil the potentialities of each of the chakras by using focused techniques, pranayamas, mantras, asanas and more.
The class is open to all levels but previous Yoga experience is recommended.
